Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cup Ham, rough chop
    2 Eggs, hard boiled
    3-4 TBSP Miracle Whip
    2-4 TBSP Del Monte Pickle Relish
    Salt & Pepper, to taste
    Allspice, optional, just a dash

    Put chopped Ham In large bowl of food processor and pulse a few times to mince the meat. Then add all other ingredients and pulse until well mixed and spreadable. Adjust the seasonings if needed.

    Serve on crackers, as a sandwich spread or on a bed of lettuce.


Tips

You may adjust any ingredient, more or less to your personal taste or family size. Good way to use up leftover ham.
