    12 tbsp wheat bran
    12 tbsp oat bran
    6 tbsp wheat germ
    1 cup 1 % milk
    4 egg whites
    2 6 oz. cup fit and active banan cream yogurts
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1//4 cups stevia granular
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    1 sm box sugar free fat free vanilla yogurt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
