Introduction

This is modified from a Vitamix Recipe. I use cooked tomatoes because they have higher lycopene levels than fresh. All other vegetables are raw; fresh or frozen. Ingredients

    1 15 oz can organic diced tomatoes
    1/2 c frozen spinach
    1/2 c frozen bell peppers
    1/2 c celery, chopped
    1 T onion
    1/4 c carrot, chopped
    2 c ice
    1 c water
    Hot Sauce to taste or sub jalapeno pepper

Tips

Works best if you put the ingredients into the blender in order. If not using frozen vegetables, you don't need to add the water


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 20 ounces servings
