Ingredients

    16 oz. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean,
    1 cup chopped raw Onion
    3 cups green bell peppers [or mix in red & yellow]
    2 cups raw celery diced
    1 cup frozen yellow sweet corn
    1 cup canned mushrooms, drained & chopped
    2 cups Bush's Chili Beans
    1 cup Bush's Black Beans
    1 cup Great Norther Beans
    1 cup Navy Beans
    3 cups canned diced tomatoes
    32 - 40 oz. Tomato Juice, without salt added
    1 envelope Old El Paso Taco Seasoning mix
    1 envelope Ranch Seasoning: optional

Tips

May substitute ground beef &/or ground venison but will need to reaccess calorie & nutrition values.


Directions

Saute onion, celery, peppers.
Brown & drain meat.
Combine all and heat.
Only need to simmer for a short time.
May freeze serving size portions as a large batch.
