Ingredients

    2 ripe bananas
    1/2 cup stevia sweetener
    1/2 Unsalted butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Cream together these 4 ingredients. Add 1egg & beat well by hand. Add 1 C chunky peanut butter, 1/2 tsp salt, & 1/2 tsp baking soda. Mix well.

    Add 1 cup EACH of old fashioned oats, whole wheat flour & chocolate chips. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls or drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Press flat with fork. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven. Cookies will take 10 to 15 minutes, depending on atmosphere and actual heat of oven.

    They are done when they have light toasting on edges and don't fall apart when you lift it up with a spatula.

Preheat oven to 375. Cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on weather factors & heat of your oven.
