Just a quick vegan style vegetable soup. Just a quick vegan style vegetable soup.
Number of Servings: 10


    1/2 head of fresh cabbage
    1 cup raw carrots
    2/5 raw celery stalks
    1 can Hunt's 100% natural Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup raw cauliflower
    1/2 pkg. fresh spinach
    1 cup fresh broccoli
    1/2 cup diced onion
    6 cups water
    1 tbsp. salt
    1/2 tbsp. blk. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb Seasoning blend


If ypu wish, you can add chicken, turkey or beef but add nutritional value of meat.


put water in stock pot, add all ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer approximately 2 hrs.

Serving Size: makes 8 to 10 1-cup servings
