Ingredients

    Grilled Chicken Breast (3 oz.)
    Red Leaf or Romaine Lettuce (1 cup)
    Avocado, fresh (.50)
    Cherry Tomatoes (10-12)
    Celery (1 stalk) May be omitted if allergic!!!
    White Wine Vinegar (2 TLBS)

    You may add other vegetables if needed.

Tips

Begin with lettuce, add all ingredients (vinegar last).


Directions

Grill the chicken and cut into small pieces. I like to season with lemon pepper.
