Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 3 oz
    Turkey breast meat, 3 ounce(s)
    *Okra and Tomatoes - Trappey's, 1 can
    Great Value Tomatoes (Chili Ready) 1/2 can
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, .5 tbs
    Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp

Tips

Serve with rice (brown rice for a healthy alternative).


Directions

Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Peel the shrimp. Season with lemon pepper seasoning to taste and set aside. Chop the onion and garlic. Pour oil into pan and add the garlic and onion. When lightly cooked, add chicken and saute until done. Pour whole can of gumbo and 1/2 of tomatoes into pan. Heat until boiling. Once it boils, turn heat down low and add shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes until shrimp is done.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
