    12 oz venison chunks
    2 10 oz frozen vegetables
    3 cups diced potatoes
    3 cups home made beef stock
    1 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste


brown venison chunks in non stick pan. add beef broth and simmer till tender. add vegetables and cook till potatoes are done.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 1/2 cups servings
