Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 whole chicken (I used 3lb)
    3-4 baking potatoes
    1 package of Lipton Herb and Garlic Dry Soup Mix and 1/2 cup-1 cup wAter
    Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Season Salt and Pepper

Tips

You can also add baby carrots for your veggie serving or you can cook any veggie separate and use the juice to dip! Delicious!


Directions

Put the chicken in a bowl and season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, season salt and pepper. Peel and cut potatoes in half, then cut the halves into a half again. Preheat oven to 425. Put chicken and potatoes in big baking pan. Pour Lipton Herb and Garlic mix in a cup, and fill with water and mix. Pour over chicken and potatoes until the mix is covering the potatoes and put in preheated oven. Flip the chicken after 30 minutes and then place back in the oven for another 30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
