Ingredients

    1 Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
    1 Box Zatarain's Brown Rice Jambalaya
    4 Cups of Water
    2 Cubes Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    7 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage
    12 oz crawfish tail meat
    1 15 oz can Baby Corn Nuggets (baby corn cobs)
    1 14.5 oz can Hunt's Dice Tomatoes - Spicy RP
    1 14.5 oz can Margaret Holmes Tomatoes, Okra, and Corn
    1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients in Crock Pot - Leave fish frozen & Slice Sausage - drain corn nuggest, leave liquid on for other canned ingredients - cook on high for 6 hours - stir once after frozen crawfish has thawed
