Ingredients

    4 Oz. Solid White Albacore Tuna Fish
    1/4 C. Grated Carrot
    2 Tbs. Finely chopped onion
    1 Tsp. Tarragon
    2 Tbs. Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
    2 Tbs. Fat-free Plain Yogurt
    1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

Chop onion and grate carrot. Place in Medium bowl. Drain tuna and place in bowl. Flake tuna with fork. Measure mayonnaise and yogurt into bowl. Add tarragon and pepper. Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 Cup servings(approx.).
