Ingredients

1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp butter
1/2 lg onion
1 bunch of Asparagus ( chopped)
3-4 celery (chopped)
6 cups of chicken broth (I used homemade)
1/2 Lemon
Dill
1/4 Cup cream
S&P to taste
Tips
I prefer leaks, I didnt have any on hand when I was making this.
Directions
Heat pot with oil/butter. Add onion until soft 3-4 mins, add celery or leaks and asparagus until soften 5-8 mins. Add garlic 1 min, add broth. simmer 30 mins. Use hand puree or pour 2 cups at a time in blender to puree. (carefull) if you fill it to high it will explode)
Pour back into pot add half of a lemon (juice only) and dills. Add cream and reheat 5mins
