Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 Cups Pure Whole Grain Rolled Oats
    3 tsp (1 tbsp) Flax Meal
    3 tsp (1 tbsp) Chia Seeds
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
    1/2 cup blanched ground almonds
    6-10 dried organic apricots

    1/2 cup cocoa nibs - ground up
    1 cup chocolate almond milk (Almond Breeze)
    1/2 cup natural almond butter

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together

Microwave wet ingredients together just enough to warm and melt chocolate

Mix dry and wet ingredients together

Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined pan

Put in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hours

Cut into 15 bars

Serving Size: 15 bars
