Ingredients

Meatloaf:
1 1b. package of ground turkey
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 cup Quaker Quick Oats
1 8-oz can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 cup onion chopped fine
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Egg Substitute (like Egg Beaters)
Sauce:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar, unpacked
2 Teaspoons yellow mustard
Directions
Combine first nine ingredients and place in sprayed loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon the sauce over cooked meatloaf and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Combine remaining tomato sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar and mustard using wire whisk until smooth.
Set aside.
