Ingredients

    *Earthrise Spirulina Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Wheatgrass Organic powder (Melrose), 2 gram(s) (remove)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz (remove)
    *Almond Milk w/ Calcium, 1 cup (remove)
    diatomaceous earth, 1 serving (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation, 1 serving (remove)

Tips

Try freezing your bananas or making wheat grass ice cubes for a colder version.


Directions

Shove the ingredients into your blender. I recommend putting the powders in the middle, so they don't get stuck in bottom or washed up on the sides.

Serving Size: Makes 1 mean green smoothie.
