Ingredients

    2 plum tomatoes- diced
    2 - 2"beets, boiled and chopped
    1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 Can Corn (drained and rinsed)
    4 Tsp cilantro chopped
    Juice from 1 Lemon
    1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
    1 Small Red Onion (finely chopped)
    1 Medium Red Pepper (chopped)
    1 Tsp soy sauce
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in decorative salad bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
