Ingredients

    1 large Onion, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground,
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried,
    1 tbsp Basil, dried
    Salt
    Pepper
    4 cups homemade Chicken Broth
    5 cups Water
    12 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce
    1/2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen,
    Corn Starch (optional)

Directions

Serving Size: makes 6 2-cup servings

Chop onion and add to bottom of slow cooker. Mince garlic and stir into onion. Layer chicken breasts on top. Add all other ingredientsin order listed, except corn. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Add corn at last few minutes of cooking time. Shred chicken breasts.
Add Corn starch for thickness if desired.
