This is an easy and inexpensive way to make great honey peanut butter for the family. This recipe is more about eyeballing it rather than measurments. It's also extremely easy and affordable! ENJOY! Ingredients

    1 c. (e) roasted peanuts
    1/4 c. (e) canola oil, or whatever oil you have on hand
    1/4 c. (e) honey
    salt to taste

Directions

Add peanuts to food processor and start blending. Next pour canola oil (or anyother oil you may have on hand) to the peanuts as they are spinning in the processor and once the peanuts have turned into a peanut butter consistency, then start blending again and add honey to taste. Voila! Honey Peanut Butter, Enjoy!!

    This is very easy to make. Instead of 1/4 c. canola oil, I only add 2 tablespoons to drop the calories. - 6/3/08
