Ingredients

    3 red potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tablespoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    canola oil

Directions

place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until fine consistancy. cook on a griddle with canola oil
