Introduction

a really jummy soft cake. a really jummy soft cake.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    For the dought:
    400 g flour
    50 ml milk
    40 g yeast
    50 g butter
    50 g suger
    1 egg

    For the filling:
    500g pudding
    2 apples

    For the topping:
    50 g suger
    100 ml water

Directions

pour the flour into a large bowl. Warm the milk and let the yeast dissolve in it. Make a hole into the flour and pour the yeastmilk into it. start kneading. pour one by one the other ingredients and knead them in the dought. Let it grow to the double of it's formal size.
Then push the dought into a 28 cm diamater form and form a rand.
Pour the vanilla pudding in. Top it with apple slices.
than bake it for 25-30 min in a 180°C oven.
cook the water and suger until it is kind of a sirup. spread it over the whole cake.
Let the cake cool at least 2 houres, before you eat it.
