Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground chicken or turkey (can use ground beef)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 large green peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 can (680 ml) Hunts Thick and Rich Garlic Pasta Sauce (or spaghetti sauce of your choice)
    5 ounces grated marble cheese (or cheese of your choice)

    3 cups cooked rice

Tips

Picture shows 1 cup of Unstuffed Peppers.


Directions

Cook beef, onion and green peppers in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Stir in pasta sauce, cheese and rice. Mix well.

Heat on low until hot.
