Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups 2% Milk
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
    2 cups cooked Refrigerated Diced Potatoes With Onion (around half the bag)
    1 cup 2% milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4 slices Hormel Microwave Bacon, cooked, crumbled
    (or substitute bacon bits)
    2 green onions, thinly sliced


Tips

Serve each bowl with crusty bread, Texas toast, or your favorite bread, for dipping.


Directions

Mix milk and soup in large saucepan. Stir in potatoes. Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring occasionally; simmer on med-low 10 min., stirring frequently.
Serve topped with cheese, bacon, and onions.

Serving Size: makes 1 1/2 qt. or 6 serving, 1 cup each
