Ingredients

    2tbsp cocoa powder
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    7 stevia packets
    1 scoop of Jillian Micheals Protein powder
    1 cup of ice
    3 tbsp of water

Tips

Add extra water if thinner consistency is desired.


Directions

Blend cocoa powder, milk, and cottage cheese until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until frosty consistency. Enjoy!
