    2 to 2.5 pound Chuck roast trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
    1 large yellow onion
    1 package of mixed frozen vegetables
    1 package of frozen okra
    1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    2 to 4 tablespoons of Worstershire Sause
    Water to cover

Directions

spray crockpot, add all ingredients, cover and cook on low 8 hours
