    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    *Bird’s Eye Broccoli Florets, 1 cup
    Soybeans, green, 1 cup
    Nestle Chef Mate All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce, 4 tbsp
    White Rice, long grain, cooked, 2 cup


Directions

chop fish
add all ingredients except rice and cook until tender
serve over cooked rice
