Ingredients

    1 can of pillsbury artisan pizza crust with whole wheat
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into stripes
    1 green pepper, seeded and cut into stripes
    1 red onion, sliced
    3 cups baby spinach
    2 links of italian pork sausage
    2 cloves of garlic
    3 tbsp evoo
    1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
    parmeasan cheese, grated
    partskim mozzerella cheese, shredded

Directions

Follow cooking directions on pizza crust
Roll out pizza crust on a non-stick cookie sheet.
Mince 2 cloves of garlic and "soak" in 3 tbsp of evoo
Remove the casings from the sausage links and cook on stovetop until no longer pink & crumbled. Remove with slotted spoon and place on paper towel on a plate.
Saute onions and peppers until soft.
Add baby spinach in batches until all of it is wilted.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Brush the pizza crust with garlic olive oil.
Sprinkle with parmeasan cheese over the olive oil
Once the veggie mixture is cooled slightly, cover pizza crust.
Add crumbled sausage.
Add Mozzerlla Cheese
Add Cherry Tomatoes
Bake for 20 minutes in 400 degree oven or until cheese has melted.
