Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts
Sauce:
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style
3/4 cup Yogurt, plain, skim milk
1 tsp minced Garlic
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp minced Ginger Root
1/2 tsp Sriracha Hot Chinese Chili sauce (add more if you want it spicier)
Tips

Directions
Preheat oven at 425
Mix peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, non-fat yogurt, ginger, and chili sauce. Whisk until smooth.
Put Peanut sauce on chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Cook chicken at 425 for about 35 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: 4 -- 1/2 breasts
