Ingredients

    1 Banana-smashed
    1 cup Old-fashioned Oats
    1 cup Whole-wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    .25 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
    .5 cup Honey
    .25 cup Almond Butter(or Peanut butter)
    .25 cup chopped walnuts
    1 oz (roughly .25 cup) carob chips

Tips

I added the vanilla and the walnuts off of the original recipe and substituted Almond Butter for Peanut butter...with fantastic results!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min.
