Introduction

Easy and quick salsa. Great on tortilla chips, salads, eggs, etc. Easy and quick salsa. Great on tortilla chips, salads, eggs, etc.

Ingredients

    2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, I use 1 can original and 1 can mild
    Cilantro, handful or as much or little as you like
    2 green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a bowl (or food processor or blender) use an immersion blender (or other methods) to make the salsa smooth. Refrigerate for one hour to blend flavors.

Serving Size: Makes 1 quart salsa
