Introduction

Ingredients

    Heat 8-10 cups of chicken broth
    Add: One bunch of Bok Choy, washed, outer leaves stripped. Slice leaves and place in hot chicken broth
    Saute cubed tofu in olive oil and garlic until firm. Season tofu with Mrs. dash, or other favorite herbs
    Add sauted tofu to bok Choy soup
    Simmer until Bok Choy is tender

    Quick, nasty and filling
