Directions

BOIL WATER. BROIL SAUSAGE. COOK PASTA, ADDING TURMERIC AND SAFFRON TO WATER. HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING, ADD FROZEN VEGETABLES. SLICE ONION, CHOP GARLIC. WHILE PASTA DRAINS, SAUTE ONIONS, GARLIC AND MUSHROOMS IN OIL IN LARGE POT OR WOK UNTIL ONIONS JUST SOFT. ADD PASTA AND SOY & OYSTER SAUCES. SLICE SAUSAGE AND ADD TO PASTA. SAUTE A FEW MINUTES UNTIL SAUCES ABSORBED. SERVE.
