WHILE PASTA DRAINS, SAUTE ONIONS, GARLIC AND MUSHROOMS IN OIL IN LARGE POT OR WOK UNTIL ONIONS JUST SOFT. ADD PASTA AND SOY & OYSTER SAUCES. SLICE SAUSAGE AND ADD TO PASTA. SAUTE A FEW MINUTES UNTIL SAUCES ABSORBED. SERVE.
