    1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
    1/4 unsweetened applesauce
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 cup sliced nectarines, peeled peaches; orange sections; or sliced strawberries
    1 cup cliced apple or pear
    1 small banana, sliced
    1/2 cup seedless grapes
    ground cinnamon or nutmeg


1. For sauce, stir together the yogurt, applesauce, and honey

2. In a medium bowl stir together the nectarines, peaches, oranges, or strawberries, the apple or pear, the banana and greaped. Divide the fruit mixture among 6 dessert dishes. Spoon some of the sauce over each weving. Sprinlke with cinnamon or nutmeg.
