    Dry ingredients:
    1 c whole wheat flour
    3/4 c all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c old-fashioned rolled oats
    4 T granulated sugar
    2 t baking powder
    1 t salt
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t ground cinnamon

    Wet ingredients:
    1 3/4 c 2% milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c honey
    3 eggs, slightly whisked


Add a ripe banana or a handful of blueberries for variation.
We never add syrup, but if you like that sort of thing it is good (maple syrup preferably)


Blend by whisking all the dry ingredients
Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
Cook as you would any pancakes on a preheated griddle (preferably a seasoned cast iron pan)

Serving Size: Makes 15 4.5" diameter pancakes
