    1 pkg. pudding mix, sugar free
    2 servings whey protein
    2 tsp. peanut butter
    2 cups almond coconut milk (or skim milk)

Tips

Use any pudding flavor and vary the nut butter. Use chocolate flavored powder for a stronger chocolate taste. Omit nut butter to reduce calories.


Directions

Combine all ingredients and prepare pudding according to package directions.
