Introduction

I was never a fan of pie crust, so making just the filling into pudding works for me I was never a fan of pie crust, so making just the filling into pudding works for me
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    One-Pie Squash 15 oz can
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Salt (table), .5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    2 large eggs
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 12 oz

Directions

Mix sugar, salt, and spices. Blend well into squash. Beat 2 eggs separately, add milk, stir well and blend into squash mixture. Pour into a 9" pie dish. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees, then 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
