Introduction

mix first set of ingredients in saucepan to make fruit sauce...boil until thickened.

combine dry ingredients from second set, make a well in the center add the wet ingredients, mix until moistened...spread 1/2 on bottom of 9x13 pan

sprinkle 3rd set of ingredients mixed into crumbs over top....350 for 40 minutes

    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. no calorie sweetner (like spenda)
    2 T. cornstarch

    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 no calorie sweetner
    2 t. baking powder
    2 t. baking soda
    1/2 c. light margarine
    2 T. milled flax seed + 6 T. water (let sit 5 min)
    1 cup skim milk + 1 T. lemon juice (let sit 5 minutes)

    1/2 t. vanilla
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. no calorie sweetner
    4 T. light margarine
