Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup canned black beans
    3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
    1 small red pepper, roasted and diced
    Juice of 1/2 lime
    2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

Tips

I like to top with an avocado ranch made with greek yogurt.


Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Warm if you'd like. Place on tortilla, pita or baked chips. (none of which included in nutritional facts)

Serving Size: Makes a 1 1/4 cup total. Serving size is a heaping 1/2 cup
