Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup of oats
    3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2 Tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
    1 Tsp Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3.5" banana (50 grams, or 1/2 large banana)
    several ice cubes

Tips

can use a whole banana instead of the applesauce...but my potasium levels went to high so had to switch to the applesauce :-)


Directions

Blend the oats in a blender until fine. Add everything else and blend until desired consistency.

Serving Size: 1 smoothie
