Ingredients

    *Boiled Chicken - no skin, 5oz
    White Rice, long grain, cooked, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot
    Celery, cooked, 1 stalk
    Parsnips, .3 parsnip (9" long)
    Turnips, 1 slice
    Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium
    Sesame Oil, .3 1tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Zucchini, 80 grams

Tips

Add whatever vegies you like.
Bit of salt-reduced tamari is nice too


Directions

Fry onions and mushrooms, season with salt & pepper. Then add squished boiled vegies and mashed chicken. Finally sprinkle sesame oil.
