Ingredients

    3 medium russet potatoes chopped
    1 large onion chopped
    1 tbsp salt (or McKays Chicken Style seasoning)
    1/2 bunch parsley
    1/4 cup raw cashew pieces
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    2 cups water

Directions

Boil potatoes, onion and parsley until done. Blend cashews and flour and water until creamy. Add to potatoes and return to boil. Remove from heat and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings
