Introduction

Tastes like brownies except they're healthy! Tastes like brownies except they're healthy!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2/3 cup oats
    2/3 cup almond milk (or any milk on hand)
    Tbsp brown sugar (or other sweetener)
    1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    2 Tbsp walnuts

Tips

-Can easily double or quadrouple. Just use more ramekins or use muffin tins or a pan.
-Replace walnuts with peanut butter.
-Can add a mashed banana
-Can add chocolate chips


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
Spray two ramekins.
Pour half into one and half into the other.
Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 2 ramekins... for two soon to be very happy people

    Just tried this last night with peanut butter and a sliced banana on top - yum! Has the consistency of fudgy brownies. Hard to believe they're so healthy! - 5/14/13
