Introduction

I cannot stand how much sodium a package has for taco seasoning that you buy from the store so I found this one and made some changes and this is what I came up with, I realy like it! I cannot stand how much sodium a package has for taco seasoning that you buy from the store so I found this one and made some changes and this is what I came up with, I realy like it!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp Chipotle Powder
    1/4 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1/4 Tbsp Oregano
    1/2 Tbsp Paprika
    2 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Roadhouse Steak Seasoning (or any seasoning salt)
    Dash of Cayenne Pepper if need more heat!

Directions

Mix all ingredients together to mix for 1 lb. of ground or shredded meat. Also add 1/2 Cup of water when mixing with meat. Makes 6 servings with 1 lb. of meat. If You like it really spicy, which my fiance does, change the chipotle to 1/2 Tbsp and chili powder to 1 1/2 Tbsp. It is good and get drink a lot of water with it!
