1 10.5 oz. can condensed french onion soup
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 Tbs. Wondra flour
Serve on hamburger bun of choice. (We like the whole wheat sandwich thins - approx. 100 calories each, not included in the nutrition info.) Fresh corn on the cob and a salad rounds this out to a great meal that satisfies everyone.
