Introduction

Fish tacos without the shells. Fish tacos without the shells.

Ingredients

    1 Tilapia fillet
    3 Leaves of Romaine lettuce
    1/4 cup corn
    1/4 cup black beans
    2 tbsp salsa
    1/2 square Sauté Express lemon pepper seasoned butter

Directions

Bake tilapia in lemon pepper butter at 375 degrees until fish is done (5-7 minutes). Cook corn and black beans together in separate pot. Lay lettuce on plate to form bed. Once fish is done place fish on top of lettuce. Add bean and corn mixture. Top with salsa.
