Ingredients

    1 can Tuna in water
    1/4 cup Pork Rinds (Crushed)
    2 T Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 L Egg
    2 T Parmesan Cheese Grated

Tips

Add additional seasonings as desired


Directions

1. Mix ingredients together
2. Spoon onto lightly oiled pan in 4 patties
3. Fry in lightly oiled pan until brown on each side
