Ingredients

    3 Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts, cut into 2in chuncks
    2 Cans (14.5oz) 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1- 6oz can Tomatoe paste
    2 Cups dried Black Beans
    3 green onions chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper chopped
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    1 tsp. Rosemary
    1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 tsp. Thyme
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
    1 Cup Water

Directions

Place black beans and broth into crockpot. Add spices and water, mix. Add Chopped Chicken.
Turn crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or on High for 4 hours. This will be thick almost like a really thick chilli. More water may be added it you want a thinner "soup" like dish.

Makes 9 - I cup servings
