THE EASIEST PROTEIN CHEESECAKE EVER! THE EASIEST PROTEIN CHEESECAKE EVER!

Ingredients

    250g Quark
    33g Whey
    1 whole egg
    1 egg white
    24g coconut flour or ground almonds
    40g ground almonds

Tips

When you shake the cheesecake, it should still wiggle in the centre - dont overbake!


Directions

Add the 40g ground almonds on the bottom of a springform tin (I used a 6 inch one) and flatten them with a spoon.

Then, blend the quark with the whey, eggs, and coconut flour/24g of ground almonds until you get a smooth batter. Add some sweetener if you want it sweeter. Once blended, pour it all on top of the ground almond base.

Bake at 170 C (332 F) for about 30 minutes.
