Ingredients

    2 cans chick peas ( or one can chickpeas, one can mixed beans)
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 large onion
    2cups carrots cut up
    4 cups frozen or fresh cauliflower

    1/3 cup indian paste
    3 cloves garlic crushed
    2 tsp cumin seed

Directions

Fry up onions, and curry paste with carrots add cauliflower and potatoes, then tomatoes and put in slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high

Serving Size: 10 - 2 cup servings
