Ingredients

Using the new Tupperware single serving Rice cooker
    Reflects the new serving size.

    1 cup cold water
1 cup uncooked long grain rice (do not exceed half cup rice per serving)
1 1/2 cup precooked chicken white meat
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 cup milk
1-2 cups of fresh chopped broccoli
    1/4 small white onion, chopped
    1 cup shredded cheddar Cheese

Tips

Depending on your microwave wattage and rice used the time to cook will vary by 1 minute cooking time.

Directions

Add rice and water to the Tupperware new microwave single serving rice Cooker. Place in microwave and cook on high for 10 minutes. Then allow rice to rest 5 minutes in container.

In a 6x8 inch small oblong baking dish, mix the prepared rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, butter, milk, broccoli, onion, and cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven of 350 degrees, for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Stir halfway through cooking to help cheese melt evenly.
